4 Days Gorilla Safari Rwanda Uganda.
Day 1: Transfer to Rwanda PNV
At 7.00 am after breakfast our tour guide will take you to Rwanda by road through Mbarara town following the picturesque road cutting through the Kigezi Highlands (the “Switzerland of Africaâ€). You will cross the Katuna border post as you enter Rwanda in the Northern district of Ruhengeri.
Have an overnight and dinner at Gorilla Nest/ Kinigi rest Camp.
Day Two: Gorilla tracking/ Transfer to Kabale.
After breakfast you will be briefed by the park guides and later go for mountain gorilla tracking. You will be led through the thick tropical rain forest in search for a family of habituated mountain gorillas. You will need carry packed food as the exercise may take longer. You are given at least one hour to stay with the Gorillas. However you must not use a flash while you are taking photographs. After the gorilla tracking activity, you will drive back to Uganda Kabale.
Dinner and overnight at Arcadia cottages /Lake Bunyonyi overland Camp.

Day Three: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park/ Launch cruise
Have Breakfast to transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will reach in the afternoon to have lunch at the Lodge and then go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel that connects lakes Edward and George. The launch cruise will reward you with game like hippos, elephants, buffaloes and birds at the shores.
Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge /Mweya Institute of ecology.
Day four: Morning Game drive / Transfer to Kampala.
Very early in the morning before dawn, you will wake up to have a cup of coffee or a glass of water/ juice to go for an early morning game drive. This game drive will take you through the Kasenyi sector and the queens’ mile in the park and will reward you with animals like Lions, elephants, hyenas, Giant forest hogs, Bush bucks, Warthogs, Hyenas, civets, aardvarks, Leopards, and many more.
After the game drive you will drive back to the lodge for late breakfast and then later on drive to Kampala to reach in the evening.
Gorillas Rwanda and Uganda 6 Days Uganda (Mgahinga National Park)
Day 1 Transfer to PNV Rwanda
In the morning have breakfast to transfer to Rwanda PNV. The journey takes you through plantations, and beautiful terraced hills that characterise much of Rwanda that gradually climb to the base of Virunga Volcanoes. Dinner and overnight at Volcanoes Virunga Lodge (FB).
Day 2 Gorilla Tracking in PNV
Transfer to the park headquarters for briefing and then go to the forest to search for Gorillas. You will walk along the magical slopes of the Virunga Mountains searching for Gorillas. You will meet them and spend an hour with them. Â Dinner and overnight at Volcanoes Virunga Lodge (FB).
Day 3
You may go gorilla tracking again in Parc National des Volcans or visit the golden monkeys, or climb Muhavura volcanoes or trek the Dian Fossey grave. Dinner and overnight at Volcanoes Virunga Lodge (FB).
Day 4
Have breakfast to go carry out the activities mentioned above you did not carry out. In the afternoon you will then transfer to Mgahinga /Nkuringo in Uganda. Dinner and overnight at Mount Gahinga Lodge (FB).
Day 5 Gorilla tracking in Mgahinga
This morning you will be briefed at the park headquarters and then go track Gorillas. Â Dinner and overnight at Mount Gahinga Lodge (FB).
Day 6
Depending on where your departure flight will be, you will either transfer to Kampala or to Kigali to catch your flight back home.
End of Safari.
