3 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park

 

Day 1 Transfer to Queen

Have breakfast to drive south west of Uganda from Kampala to stop at the equator for photographs and proceed to reach the park in the afternoon. Watch out for game enroute as you drive to the lodge to check in and have lunch. In the afternoon you may go for a walk in the Mweya Pennisula which will reward you with game like elephants, warthogs, bushbucks, bushpigs and others. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Budget Institute of ecology. 

Day 2. Game drive/ Launch cruise
Before dawn wake up and go for a game drive to view out the early risers and predators returning their hideout. This dawn drive offers you an opportunity to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, Topi and Bush bucks and many more.  After the game drive return to the lodge for lunch and the later go for a launch cruise on the Kazinga channel into Lake Edward.  Watch out for Hippos and other animals including plenty of birds both residents and migrants. The boat ride will take you 2 hours. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Budget Institute of ecology. 

Day 3 Transfer to Kampala
Have breakfast to transfer back to Kampala. You will have a game drive enroute to reach Kampala in the afternoon.
